Our Ciders and Perry’s typically have a minimum of 12+ Months BBD, and once opened or connected, we recommend using a bag-in-box within 45x days or keg, also within 45x days if connected using C02.
Keg beer will have 6+ months BBD, and once connected, it needs to be consumed within 7x days. Cask Ale will have 1+ month BBD and once tapped, needs to be consumed within 72x hours.
If you are serving any keg products on a Linder via air, the products do need to be consumed within 24 – 48x hours as the oxygen will oxidize the beer and turn it sour.
All pack product BBD will vary, but will have their BBDs displayed on the case can. We always recommend keeping all products in a refrigerated space, such as a cold room or fridge.
